How it plays

Earn it, one job at a time

No shortcuts, just good honest work. Every machine you fix and every lawn you mow brings your own home a little closer.

  1. Take the job

    Walt, Rosa, Frank, Toby and Dex turn up at your garage with a problem: a mower that won't start, a blower full of leaves, a bike that has seen better days.

  2. Fix it with your hands

    Spin it around on the bench, open covers, swap worn parts, scrub off mud and rust, top up fuel and oil and spray on a fresh coat of paint.

  3. Get paid

    Yank the pull cord, hear it roar back to life and hand it over. A happy customer pays in coins, and your mechanic grows more skilled with every job.

  4. Build your home

    The house next to the garage starts out bare. Save up for a sofa, a lamp, a rug or new wallpaper and watch it turn into a real home, piece by piece.
